Rabbityness Unfolds

Rabbityness continues to unfold in Studio Purple.  Ever since Madeline P.R. called for our help back in early December, we’ve been busy.  What began as a beautiful story, has transformed into opportunities to create our own storybooks, design our own painted forest, and even model our own rabbits out of clay.  Between our wondering of this touching story and the rainbow of colors, we just can’t seem to get enough…
"I'm sewing the top to the tree! Look how I'm sewing on my tree. First I make a hole. I don't need a big one then I sew on it." -Spencer
“It’s like a rainbow tree that grows rainbows. We need to make this thing stay together. We’re going to have to do some stabilizing on this side. We have to put the branches on.”-QUINN
"They have heads. Their heads have ears that stick up and they have whiskers." -Ada
"We're burying the rabbits. Because they fell in the hole. We're covering them up."-HENRY
