Application, Tuition, Financial Aid, Parent Handbook
We are enrolling now for the 2021-2022 school year.
We welcome your visit!
Tours with the Director are available on Friday afternoons: 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00.
Visitor Safety Requirements
Due to COVID protocols, the Open House and Friday tours are intended for one parent or guardian. If you bring your child, plan for another adult to accompany them in the sculpture park while you participate in the Open House or Friday tour. All visitors to the school’s campus will have their temperature taken, be required to wear a mask, and will complete a COVID checklist. The Open House and all Friday tours occur while LNS children are not in attendance.
The LNS Parent Handbook
CLICK HERE to download the LNS Parent Handbook. By reading the Parent Handbook, you will find out what it means to be a part of the LNS community. It contains our philosophy, policies, enrollment tuition and fees, daily life of the school, communication, as well as details regarding the LNS organization, including its board and committee descriptions.
Lincoln Nursery School uses a rolling admissions process. All children enrolled in the school and siblings of current and returning families are given priority for placement.
Enrollment for 2021-2022
The steps for the 2021-2022 school year include submitting your child’s application on our website (see below for both new student and sibling application), visiting the school during the Open House or a Friday tour, and having a conversation with the school’s director. The director will talk with you about the school’s educational philosophy, your interests, and answer questions at both the Open House and on Friday tours. This year children will not be visiting the school prior to enrollment. Returning families with siblings will be contacted directly and offered a conversation with the school’s director.
New Student Application (see below for application)
The New Student Application form (below) must be submitted to initiate the enrollment process.
The New Student Application form (below) and fee should be submitted in November.

Aid is awarded based on tax returns and financial needs as determined jointly by the treasurer, president, and the enrollment chairperson. Any request for assistance-and its awarding-will be held in the strictest confidence.
Financial Aid Application Process
Financial aid applications for alumni and new families should be submitted with your application or when the need arises. Financial aid awards apply to the core program tuition not for extended day programming.
