When positions become available, we look for candidates with pre-school and/or kindergarten experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. We are a Reggio-inspired program and candidates with experience or interest in this approach would have the opportunity to further their professional development. DEEC Lead Teacher Certification is required for all teachers. Collaborative teaching and flexibility are vital. LNS is a dynamic community of children and dedicated teachers and parents.
