We Bounce

Seated, legs straight out in front. Arms circled forward over legs, like you’re holding a big ball; “bounce” it over your knees; one bounce for each underlined word below:

We bounce and we bounce, and we bounce like a ball.
We bounce and we bounce
And stretch big and tall.                                 Reach to the ceiling
Hands in our laps,          Drop hands to lap (I use a sound effect with this, like “Whshhht!)
Our nose goes to the wall.                           Look straight up
Reach for your toes, get tiny and small.   Hug knees to chest
1, 2, 3, hurry up and fall!                                Roll backward
And sit up tall.                                                 Sit up

Repeat with feet crossed.
