May There Always Be Sunshine

This isn’t in strictly correct sign language, but most of it is close.

May there always be    draw circle on palm
sunshine                          draw circle in sky
May there always be    draw circle on palm
blue skies                         curve hand in arc overhead
May there always be    draw circle on palm
Mamas                             thumb on chin, fingers spread, move away in arc
May there always be    draw circle on palm
me.                                     point to self

next verse, instead of Mamas:
Papas                     thumb to forehead, fingers spread, move away in arc

When I explain the “mama” and “papa” signs for this song, I say, “Make a bump.” Then when we do grandmas, I tell them it’s the same as mama, but with two bumps (same deal with grandpas).

I was interested to learn (in Wikipedia) of the opening lyrics to the original Russian song. The translation goes like this:
A sunny disk,
the sky’s around (it);
This is a drawing by a young boy.
He drew it on a sheet (of paper),
And signed in the corner.
