What Makes the Fire

I Shampoo My Hair – we started mixing them up today: I stir the soup while I’m in a rocking chair; I shampoo my hair while I’m on the elevator; I look for alligators while I do the hula hoop.

Yoga Pretzel Cards – we did poses from these “Yoga Pretzel Cards” that Barefoot Books sells (mountain, warrior 1 & 2, and we also did the sculpture Eve, and I had them slowly transfer the apple from one hand into the other and change their leg positions, put the apple on their head, take it off and take a bite. After taking a bite, we planted a seed from the apple, and sang Inch By Inch.
