I’m a plant.

Caroline has discovered that she can fit her body through these holes in the table. She has tried this for several days in a row.

Caroline announces, I can go through this.

After a third day going through these holes, a bit of dramatic play is inspired. Caroline climbs under the table and then, very slowly, she pokes the top of her head out of the hole.

The movement of her body, up through the hole, has reminded Caroline of something. I’m a plant. She then cocks her head to the side, places her hands softly around her face and smiles. I’m a flower.

I'm a plant.
I'm a flower.

Travers is intrigued and he tries too.

When Caroline climbs out from under the table, she goes directly to her clipboard and begins to draw.

I’m drawing grass for the flowers and the plants.
